Put together your “Mixed 4x” team (two males & two females per team) and come along to the annual Lake Macquarie Rowing Club Derby. The format is a handicapped short course “round-robin” with racing over a 400-metre sheltered course and:

Each team will race three times.
• Team points awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
• Handicap based on your race placing.

• Points scored in each race totalled.
• Prize monies go to the teams with highest
point tallies.
