The ROWvivor Learn to Row and Revive Information day is being held at 10am on Saturday the 24th January 2026 at LMRC Booragul. Our FREE February learn to row evening sessions are for those fighting, overcoming and triumphing from cancer. Sessions will be held twice per week, starting at 530pm, Tuesday and Thursday, a beautiful twilight row. So come down and learn to row an olympic scull with coaches, mentors and fellow rowing survivors. We know from experience and research that exercising in nature, with others, supports recovery and revival.  At the end of 4 weeks, participants can continue their rowing with club based learn to row sessions. A support person is welcome - just let us know.
